Your vacation in the "Serra de Tramuntana", 2011 UNESCO World Heritage landscape appointed. The house is located on an incline inmidst olive groves and pine trees. This northwestern coast is environmentally very well protected offering a unique panoramic view of one of the most beautiful coastlines of Majorca. The rock beach (with bathing possibility) can be reached in approximately 5 minutes along a private road used restrictively by the few inhabitants of the neighbourhood. Discover and explore the beautiful surroundings and relax in a house situated 50 meters above the sea on one of three terraces offering a splendid view along the coastline – up to Deia. From this place you may enjoy unforgetable sunsets.

Northwestern coast, next town: Soller - approx. 15 minutes by car, Deia - approx. 10 minutes by car.
Equipment Holiday House: 120 sq meters, suitable for 6, max 8 people.
  • 1 living room with an open fire place, stereo system, radio, CD-player and two sleeping places
  • 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms (with 2 beds each) with a common bath/toilet and 1 bedroom (with a twinbed) and its own shower/toilet
  • The kitchen equipment consists of a gas cooker with oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher
    and washing machine
Surroundings 2 covered terraces (garden and sea side), garden, deck chairs, sunbeds, barbeque.
Specials - 5 minutes walk to the sea with swimming
- Absolute quiet, even in summer

Deposit: Euro 200,- per Cheque.
Downpayment at time of reservation: half of booking fee.
Final payment including final cleaning, linen and towels at least 8 weeks before arrival.
Departure: On departure day check-out not later than 12:00 clock.
