The apartments offer spacious, individually decorated rooms with plenty of charm and some antique Tuscan furniture. Facilities include open fireplaces as well as clean and functional kitchens, modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. Free wireless access.
To each apartment belongs a private outdoor area with pergola, patio, deck chairs and sun umbrellas. The
large pool (12 x 6 m) in a panoramic position with lawn area is available to all guests or, upon request (at a combined rent of apartments), also for private use.

Pool for exclusive use!
The apartments 2 and 3 can be rented together as a separate part of a house with a pool for exclusive use for max. 12 persons.
This part of the house is separated both physically and acoustically from the rest of the house and ensures the sole use of the private outdoor area. On a floor space of 210 sqm it offers 5 bedrooms,
2 living rooms, two kitchens (one of them integrated into the residential room), 4 shower rooms with toilet. Here also the pool can be rented for exclusive use. The weekly price of the two apartments will then increase by about 30%. For the exact price please ask the landlord.
- The apartments 1, 2 and 3 can be rented together for max. 17 people.
On a floor space of 300 sqm they offer 7 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 kitchens separately or integrated into the living room, and 5 bathrooms with toilet, a private pool and outdoor area.

- The pool is opened from early May to late September.
- Hot water and central heating with gas for each unit separately.
- Washing machine in apartment 1; common washing machine for apartments 2 and 3.

Additional costs:
- Additional beds (on request): € 100,- per person / week.
- Linen change weekly (on request): € 12,- per person.
- Bathroom and kitchen linen: € 5,- per person.
- Gas according to consumption: € 8,- per cubic meter.
- Washing machine: € 6,- per charge (without service).
- Firewood:€ 10,- per case.

Upon arrival a deposit of € 200,- per unit is to be payed in cash, which is refunded on departure less any costs associated with compliance with contract terms.
Arrival and departure every Saturday (other on request).
Minimum stay: 1 week.
